Ask a Feng Shui Question: What is Dowsing?

The Question: What is Dowsing?
Dowsing is a form of divination used to gain information by tapping into energetic, magnetic, and other unseen frequencies. Used for centuries by many cultures, dowsing is a method to divine water and mineral sources, as well intangible energetic pathways. To this day, dowsers use divining rods to find a water source to dig for a well.

Dowsers use various tools such as: copper rods, pendulums, and forked twigs. The dowsing tool is just that, a tool, it does not hold any special properties. The tool allows the dowser to read the energy, to gain more information about a plot of land, a persons energy, and even in some cases divining about the future.
